The Network Code does not contain any provisions relating to reimbursement of the Panel Chairperson’s expenses and how those costs will be borne by the T&SCo.

This modification was presented to the Workgroup on Monday 15 December 2025. The Workgroup recommended that this Modification be presented to the CCS Network Code Modification Panel on 14 January 2026.
