Olivia leads the CCSA, overseeing its London and Brussels offices and supporting engagement between more than 100 members across the CCUS value chain and UK and EU decision-makers. Her focus is on enabling constructive industry participation, strengthening the collective knowledge base, and supporting the development of an effective regulatory and legislative framework. This includes promoting market conditions that support a sustainable, long-term CCUS industry.
Olivia joined the CCSA in 2021 following senior roles at the National Infrastructure Commission and Ofgem, where she led work on economic regulation, infrastructure policy, and energy market initiatives. Her earlier career includes roles in communications as well as leading advocacy and European programmes for affordable and sustainable housing.
