This Modification aims to correct a series of housekeeping changes within Annexure C of the Code.

This modification was presented at the CCS Network Code Modification Panel on 12 November 2025. The Panel voted to Approve CCS005. The Final Modification Report was issued on 13 November 2025. There is a 15 Business Days Appeal window in case anybody wishes to refer the decision back to the CCS Network Code Modification Panel.

Assuming no Appeal is submitted, CCS005 will be Implemented on 8 December.
