Helen is a Voting Member of the Code Modification Panel and serves as a User Representative for the Encyclis Protos CCS project. She is currently the Project Manager for the Protos carbon capture project, having previously led its development and successfully progressed it into the construction phase.
A Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the energy-from-waste sector, Helen has worked across the full project lifecycle. Her recent focus has been on delivering complex projects through construction, commissioning, and into operation. She is particularly committed to ensuring that the operational realities of energy-from-waste plants with carbon capture are effectively represented within the Code Modification Panel.
