This Modification aims to correct various parts of the Code as part of a suite of House Keeping changes as well as the creation of a new defined term omitted in the original legal text. This modification made changes to Section B, Section K, Annexure E and Exhibit A.

This modification was approved by the Modification Panel on 4 February 2026. As no Appeal was submitted, this modification was implemented on 26 February 2026.
