This Modification aims to correct various parts of the Code as part of a suite of House Keeping changes as well as the creation of a new defined term omitted in the original legal text. The proposed changes are included in Annex B and E.

On 10 December 2025 the Modification Panel agreed this modification should proceed to Consultation. The Consultation closed on Friday 16th January 2026 at 17:00. The consolidated Consultation responses are available below.
