Barry is a Modification Panel Voting Member and T&SCo Representative for the Liverpool Bay T&S Network. He is currently Head of Commercial and Negotiations for Liverpool Bay CCS Limited, a subsidiary of Eni SpA.
Barry has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry and since 2021 has been deeply involved in the development of the CCS Network Code and TRI Business Model through Liverpool Bay’s selection as a Track-1 T&SCo by the UK government
